SUSTAIN-E (SUmmer School on susTAINable Electronics) introduces the sustainability challenges in electronics and covers innovation and advancements in microelectronics, power electronics and PCB production and more.
Through conferences and panels with experts, the program will cover circular design, eco-design methods, raw materials, recycling and the R-strategies. Participants will also explore low-tech and frugal design, resilient ICT systems, and the geopolitical and regulatory landscape of greener electronics.
Who can apply
This summer school is designed for Master students (M2), PhD students, and professionals both from academia and industry.

- Notification of acceptation: 24 March 2026
- Registration period for accepted candidates: 24 March 2026 to 19 April 2026
- Summer School: from June 15th to June 19th 2026
Important information
Registration is free but subject to approval through the application process.
There is a limited number of 65 attendees. Priority will be given to candidates from the EU or affiliated with an institution located in the EU.
Attendees are responsible for their travel and accomodation.
