EUROSOI-ULIS Conference 2024

The 2024 EUROSOI-ULIS Conference took place in Athens on May 13 and 14th, with a joint workshop ICOS-SiNANO also involving the INPACE project “Workshop – Challenges in Advanced Computing & Functionalities – International Cooperation in Semiconductors”.
