Best Paper Award – 2018

During the 5th edition of the Joint EUROSOI-ULIS’2019 Conference, for the 9th time, the Medal and the Award were given by Enrico Sangiorgi, Director of SINANO, to C. Navarro on behalf of Santiago Navarro from Univ. Granada, the author of “Evaluation of thin-oxide Z2-FET DRAM cell”, the Best EUROSOI-ULIS’2018 Paper.
