During the 2nd edition of the Joint EUROSOI-ULIS’2016 Conference, for the 6th time, the Medal and the Award were given by Enrico Sangiorgi to Davide Cutaia from IBM the author of “Fabrication and Analysis of Vertical p-type InAs-Si Nanowire Tunnel FETs”, the Best EUROSOI-ULIS’2015 Paper.
